Hi everyone,

Does any Bahraini employer have the ability to block his employee who just resigned and will go to Dubai to look for job?

I already resigned at my present work and I did not tell my employer that I will go to any GCC country because I'm scared that he might block me just for the reason of leaving his company? I dont trust my Bahraini employer because sometimes he is emotional and he might block me.
