Hello. I was refused to enter last May 2024. Maybe that was because I stayed for 2 Mos max then exited to other country then when I came back 7 days later, SG may have detected it that I ought to stay again for a month. Also my return ticket was not true. I was by the way convinced by a friend to do it and I really regret it. My husband is working in SG, an Spass holder. Despite showing his infos and workpass, I was refused entry . We were trying to conceive that time so I always come back to SG for that reason.

I was refused to enter. Went back to my home country. After a month, I decided to apply for re entry. Got rejected .

My husband went home for a vacation in our country few months after, fortunately we were blessed and I got pregnant.

My EDD is March 2025. My husband and I planned that I will go back to SG together with our child for a vacation when the child turns 6 mos. So probably that's Sept 2025. My husband is not allowed to have work leave more than twice in a year. So I will be the one to go there and bring our child so he can spend time with our child. My question is, Do you think there's a bigger chance for me to be allowed to enter SG again with my child? Has anyone here had the same experience?

My husband is working in SG, an Spass holder. Despite showing his infos and workpass, I was refused entry .

Not "despite", but "because of": You were, in fact, trying to live with him here while holding only a tourist visa. That is a No-No in Singapore!

Since they detected it, you will probably not get any entry visa for a long time - except the one intended for this purpose: A Dependent's Pass (DP).

You should have applied for that from the start!

And if your husband does not have the required income (of S$6000/month) to sponsor your DP, then that is the answer: You cannot live here. (This rule is instated to protect dependants from poverty: You really need more for two - or even three - people!)

So here is what you can do if a DP is not possible: Apply for an SVP (tourist or short visit visa) for your next trip. If that is rejected (which is likely), don't try again for several years (You could contact ICA and ask how long the ban would last).

If that seems too long for you and your husband, move to another country together!

Thanks for that information. But I also think that they might thought at first that I was looking for a job there since I kept on coming back. But really it was just to stay for another one last month before  going home as we were trying to conceive as newly wed couples. As I've said since  I got pregnant when my husband went home few months ago, I will go to SG with our child next year for a vacation. It's only for a vacation as I am also working WFH and I need someone to help me babysit my child on daytime while I am so busy at work, so there will be no plans to stay longer on Singapore. I just want my husband to spend a little time with our child. Will  they still think I ought yo stay longer or find work? C'mon! So if MOM won't still allow that, I dunno what else to do.

@lilyperr As I wrote before (and also in response to your earlier post a few months ago), you seriously violated the immigration rules - and the consequence is that you will probably not be able to visit Singapore for a long time.

I also told you what you could do, but that the chances of success are low.

Instead of posting your whole story here for the third time, you should start to realize that your realistic options are either living without your husband, or moving to another country with him.
