looking for advice re traveling around thai islands

Hello,

If you have travelled around some or all of the Thai islands then I would appreciate some advice.

My husband and I have at least 60 days in Thailand and we want to travel around islands such as Phi Phi, Koh Samui etc.

I am a digital nomad and my husband is a gamer aswell as a Dive Instructor and therefore we need plenty of room for our laptops.

I am finding that some of these islands seem to offer bungalow style living and therefore tiny spaces.

I would love to know your experiences and if you have any advice in terms of should we stay on the mainland such as Phuket and day trip to these islands, or have you managed to get accommodation that is suitable for more than one person.
