I’m Chris, I retire in 5 yrs. Starting to scout where I want to be 6 months out of the year. Gonna scout Belize fort this year and Panama next year, but I’m already leaning in the Panama direction mostly due to what seems like better infrastructure.

Really just want to know where the large expat communities are and where housing that doesn’t have a foreigner tax hike as soon as they see you are. Obviously safety is a big concern as well.

Anyone who has experience with this before hand your advise would be golden.
