Local tradespeople to do a small project of renovation

Hey folks,

I'm Ruckus. I purchased a small lot that I'm looking to build on(or add a prefab) in the future.

I'm not in a rush, but I also don't want to drag my feet too long. In the meantime, I have an old RV(that I came into possession of from the previous land owner) situated on the lot. It needs some work done to it and I was hoping to find someone who can renovate a small space(about 300 sq ft) and paint the exterior.

I've been searching on all kinds of sites and forums, but haven't had any luck. 1 contractor did respond saying they can't do it.

So, if anyone knows of any local tradespeople who may be willing to do a small project of renovating an old RV, please let me know. I'll be back in the country for a few days later this month. Then, back to the salt fields to save $.

I'll probably make several of these visits until I can afford to pay for 600 sq ft wooden home on concrete stilts with a screened in veranda/porch since financing isn't really easy here.

Anyway, any recommendations or advice would be welcomed.
