Hi Friends

I have accepted an offer from KSA and the company wants to process my KSA employment visa from Bahrain. My Bahrain work visa is expiring after 3 weeks. I have obtained good conduct certificate from MoI and NOC from current employer. New Employer is asking me to do medical. Considering very short balance period for my bahrsin visa,  is it possible to process KSA visa from bahrain?

Please suggest

Regards

You cannot process it in Bahrain unless your current employer renews the visa for another 6 months.

Requirement

Bahrain Residence Visa Copy (The validity is not less than 6 months).

Do we need to attest NOC letter, Good conduct certificate and Medical report from COC & MOFA?

@Mohammad1979

Hi

14. Police Clearance Certificate from Bahrain and attested by MOFA.

15. No Objection Letter from Bahrain Company attested by COC.

9. Medical examination report from the Medical Centre which is Authorized by Saudi Mission in Bahrain. - Medical no need for Attestation.

@Genro , Thanks a lot for the clarification. Really appreciate your valuable time in responding to queries.

Just to add, just make sure that your degrees are attested appropriately i.e. Saudi culture, embassy etc.

Mohammad1979

@XTang Thanks, My Degree was previously attested by Saudi Embassy in India.

Attestation from Saudi Culture is not done. Does it create in an issue? i sent the copy of Certificate to Employer in KSA, they did not say anything on Saudi Culture attestation.

Just to add that i was previously employed in KSA on Engineer's visa.

Please advise

It really depends on the Embassy and the degree.   For majority of the degrees, Saudi culture is must.  For technical degrees, they resort to Dataflow and things like that............on that you don't need Saudi culture.

@XTang , Thanks for the clarification, i collected all the documents from bahrain as well as from saudi side ( like employment contract attested by COC, Visa and Wakala). I need to submit to agent for booking appointment. What will be the procedure? I Understand first step is finger prints then what next and howmany days the process will take to complete?

XTang

You go there, biometrics and document submission.  Time can vary but usually the visa is stamped within a week if everything is order.

Mohammad1979

@XTang Thanks, submitted docs to agent to book appointment

Hi Mohammad. Have you done the NOC attestation from CoC? Did you face any issue during the attestation?
