Hello Community,

Importing a dog to Mauritius appear way easier and common, than bringing dogs from Mauritius to France.

My 2 dogs are breed that are accepted by French authority. They have been vaccinated anti-rabbi on November 14th, so the 3 weeks wait is in line with condition.

Now the dogs will fly on my flight ticket from Mauritius to Paris Orly, as that the only airline that accept 2 dogs with 1 passenger.

The dogs should receive from VET a health clearance and EU Passport. This is where i am struggling the different vet i called in Grand Baie / North said that Mr Hurry from Pet Travel Service. I spoke with Mr. Hurry, he is stating it can only get delivered by Vet in Mauritius, and thereafter the dogs need to be brought to Ministry Veterinary for final clearance.

Can someone assist me?

Hello. Mr. Hurry is the right person to guide you. If he mentioned that you have to bring the dogs to the Ministry Veterinary, then you should.

I have traveled with two cats from the States. And Mr. Hurry has assisted me. You do actually need to bring the dogs to Ministry Veterinary for final clearance. I did the same.
