Job transfer after two years of contact

Hi Members,

I Have completed my two years job contract in my current company and filed my resignation though E mail as well as though post. but my employer refused to accept both. it has been more than 3 weeks now as i mention in the resignation letter i am serving my notice period of 30 days as advised by my friend. but my visa is going to be expired soon.

i still haven't got any reply from employer regarding my resignation. if i need to complete my notice period of 30 days as per the resignation letter i have send 10 days i have to work without visa.

recently i got a job offer from another company they are ready to put transfer my visa.

kindly provide guidelines and legal advices for moving forward and transfer my job safe and secure.
