can any advice me on how i can get an Australian visa and also if anyone can assist me then i will be very glad

Go directly to Australia's official Immigration website at immi.gov.au
You can find out all information about the different visas available. It is best to check on this website because at anytime, Australia's Immigration policies may change. You do not require to hire a lawyer or migration agent to apply for any of the visas. Many of us have applied on our own.
