Today my manager told me that my last working day will be in last week of march, he said that they are shutting down the business in Bahrain. He is asking me to work till last day, but my work permit is expiring on 18 Jan, eventually my wife's and son's visa will also expire on 18th Jan. He said that they will renew my visa after some days as there is some violation on the company's CR so they are waiting for it to be removed. Once its removed they will extend my visa for 6 months. I don't trust them now. What should I do in this case?

1.) If I don't go to office from 18th Jan, will they deduct my salary?

2.) I will have a grace period of 1 month, does my family too have a grace period of 1 month?

3.) What if company renews my visa only, and not my family's, can they still stay in kingdom for 1 more month (grace period)
