Labor court online attendence

Hi ,

I have filed a labour court case against my employers. The schedule they gave me is a visit to court every week on Sunday 8 am .I have work and my new employer isn't willing to let me disappear from work every week . Is there a way that I can put my attendence online and save my self of a lot of travel expenses and work time cuts. Any help would be highly appreciated
