Tax clearance letter delayed

Hi guys

I left my job at concentrix Malaysia by the beginning of December and submitted all the papers and I have yet to receive the tax clearance letter.

Now I'm back to my country and I have been sending emails to concentrix payroll team and to LHDN. I even filled in the feedback form and still no response. I was notified that it takes a month but there's no way it would take more than a month. I fear that since I left this company of struggle that they may have done something or haven't submitted the papers. What should I do?
