Is anyone having a huge problem getting answers from our FBU office at the Embasy ?

I can't get through on phon lines as they never  answer and after on hold some time I get disconnected.  I call back and the same thing happens.  After trying on the 2 days they take calls I decided to ask my question by email.  My experience is, if you send a email with 4 questions I will get one answered and is so vague it's not even really a answer.

Back ground I applied for my child ss benefits 11 months ago.  I have never received my child ss card and the last phon interview I had was back in august in which they said have patience as there will be a agent visiting your home for another interview. At that time they said they don't have anyone scheduled yet for my area.  So my email to them was about how to get the my child ss card since it never arrived and a update as to when my claim would be finished processing.  I get a email explaining  my SS card was sent to my address here in Philippines.    That it , thats the whole response 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️   Any advise from someone who has gone through this would be helpful

The USA embassy is run by ambassador Mary Kay Carlson who is a Biden appointee with full compliance to hard left DEI policies. She has a Chief Diversity and Equity officer Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley. One wonders how much longer this ambassador appointment and she will last. I think the DEI officer would have been fired by now but she was possibly hidden under some other staff title with a more generic name.

They do not care much about US expats here as we have little political power. Last month, if for some reason you could claim some sort of diversity status (not white male)  you might have gotten a more preferential treatment. Of course, these policies are now overruled by Trump and his Secretary of State Marco Rubio. DEI is now prohibited in the Executive branch, finally, It is a long shot but Trump-appointed Marco Rubio's Secretary of State contact information is at the SoS website where they do indicate contacting them if any problems.

As you know. the Philippines embassy is supposed to handle Asian SSA but they do a very poor job of it, at least under Biden. Also, you.mention that, with an email that has 4 questions, they only answer one, after a long time, vaguely. These people are not serious; as useless as teats on a bull.

Under Trump 1 it was better but under Biden I eventually switched to handle SSA from the USA out of my NC address.
