D7 Visa Wait

Post new topic

Hello! It’s me again asking about the D7 Visa that I have been waiting for a long time. I won’t go into details, but if you are denied, do you get an email saying why or that you have? Or are you just ghosted and you just give up? You obviously can’t email to see why it’s taking so long, so are they professional enough to let you know, yes or no? I was caught in the apostilled post interview. So it’s been about 44 days since they received the requested apostilled post interview, and 106 days since the initial VSF interview. People say count the 44 days because it reset, but will they let me know, either way? Depressed!

Hi,

OK, wait a few more days beyond the 44 you've already waited. They used to give an answer within 60 days of submitting all the documentation.

All refusals must be justified. To this end, a visa refusal explanatory note is always issued in this circumstance.

Thank you Johnny! I’m relieved to know they always answer. I will try to be patient, but because of the date of the first interview with VFS, it seems forever. But obviously not them! So wait I must. Thanks again for your reply. 😊
