I'm Vânia and i'm moving to Angola with my boyfriend. We received a job offer in Soyo and we will move in June.
I searched a lot for information about Soyo but i didn't find much.
My main concern is the safety and the diseases.
We are portuguese so the language will not be a problem.
Can someone tell me something about the safety in Soyo?
