Hi, Luanda is a multicultural city, you will be surprise with the number of multicultural couples here, we had Cubans, Russians and Portuguese in our culture among many others...now we are in the new era with more African inter relations , south African, Namibian, Mozambique and cape verde... but its not an easy task ...most of the foreigners find difficult to hold they life in Luanda after couple years and turn back to other cities or mother land...this is a hard place for up bring children's, set alone to keep a relationship...or ... for maintain a quality and acceptable way of life... its improving and getting way better now...still the diference in culture is tremendous and any love that manages to hold such punch after few years ...must be the one ... the expectations fade on the first year and most couples split around the second year...
