Cdn Dancer

Hi

My name is Clinton Collier from Toronto. I'm here 8n Da Nang to work on my Argentine Tango.

I started dancing late, age 50. Got a job as a paid social dancer on the cruise ships, so I've danced in 68 countries the last 16 years. Well, 69 now,  I'll have to get used to  Including this new country.

I retired last year, I live in Paris health and dance everyday in Toronto. I have a large Facebook group called Toronto social dancing forum where I post my adventures.

I've seen Cambodia and Thailand and Philippines last year for a few months and had always heard Vietnam loves dancing and can now say that's true.  I started off my adventure in Hanoi and connected with some marvelous dancers there and dance sport, Which I competed in for many years I was very successful, I had an absolutely wonderful time with dancing every day but the air quality was so bad that I had to leave.

So here I am in Da Nang.  I connected with an Argentine Tango teacher here but he flipped the script on me and somehow I've ended up teaching slow waltz to his students. That's some advanced dance move right there lol!

Happy to be here. Especially with any dancers or wannabes out there. I'm here to dance, I am certified ballroom teacher, but really I'm here to learn and dance for the joy of it.

I have a bad back and chest so I dance for that too. I'm looking for good gym with dance studio. Any infomor connections will be appreciated...
