Types of visa & min investment

Hello,

can someone please shed light on how much minimum investment is required to acquire permanent residence in portugal. I’m more interested in real estate which will be either use as personal residence or rental. Also like to know about property taxes- Thx

Thank you! Now do you know, are there properties easy available in the price range of $168k - $200k and what areas, metropolitan or suburbs or out in the country?

An investment visa or Golden Visa requires a minimum of 500 000 Euros invested in a qualifying portuguese investment fund for a period of 5 years at least.

Property investments or funds related to property are excluded.

If you wish to make a donation to an arts, cultural or social organization, the minimum required is 250 000 Euros.
