Aliens built the pyramids!!!

Post new topic

maireadhoey

My son mentioned this the other day just in passing.   Now when I say son don't think a cute 4 or 5 year old he is 17, but obviously with a mothers bias still very cute.  He attends school here in Cairo and it really made me question the value we are getting for the fees we pay.

It is a commonly held belief here, within the expatriate community, that there is no way Egyptians built the pyramids, it's  not possible, never in a million years, I work with Egyptians and they couldn't organize a .... In a brewery, or words to that effect,  well I beg to differ.

Let me explain. I live in new Cairo, no not Katemeya our budget dosnt stretch to that, but in the 5th district, so basically I live on a building site. I see daily evidence that ONLY Egyptians could have built the pyramids.

There are buildings going up all around me, apartment blocks, shopping malls etc and with the exception of the concrete pump that sneaks out at night it is all done with hard labour and limited tools. I'm not really sure what the contents of the black plastic bag some workers  carry consists of, (the white plastic bag is for lunch) or if it is of tardis proportions, but they manage to wack a house up no bother.

Wild

Of course were the egyptians, but were more precise in stalking the rocks than any of us today

suzana

i assure you it was us who built the pyramids , if we could survive all those years without any kind of help "like others" such as :
* medical insurance & organizations
* living allowance "for unemployed"
* rent allowance for unemployed & special cases
* donation organizations for all kind of crisis
* helping hand in all aspect's of life " etc "
and still we'r doing a well & great country & lots of us are very well off , we'r very strong , independent , fighters, intelligent and still kind & nice
what you see is just a different culture & priorities as we'r so busy with what other governments offer thier people for free as we don't have an urge to build pyramids now as we have to think & work a lot to manage how to live before we think how to die and lie in a pyramid

Of course Egyptians built it..but not the one's that live here today, after the great ancient Egyptians..
The big question here is how everything was forgotten?lost?..

suzana: egypt is not independent country, independent country will not accept billions of dollars from US,and keep on importing jets, cars and other stuff from other countries. To be honest i dont know any independent country.(except maybe for north korea :) )

Ancient Egyptians built the pyramids.
Modern Egyptians are destroying the country with all those crappy buildings... it is a bit different.

@ maireadhoey : Of course egyptians built the pyramids, but my question is :

Who are those ignorant expatriates who dare saying that Egyptians could not build such thing ? I guess the answer is maybe where we (expatriates) are from : A "country" which is not a Civilization compared to Pharaohs who try to give lessons to the world.

maireadhoey

Expatriates think like this because the quality of the building now is so poor in comparison to the pyramids, especially for those expatriates from colder climates. Windows aren't sealed, roofs leak, one day of heavy rain and it's a disaster, roads are flooded etc etc
I guess it's the quality of workmanship now that amazes them as it seems as though no one takes pride in their work and wants to leave a legacy for their children.
I blame the planners and designers, at least half of the buildings in central Cairo should never have had planning permission, I guess it's a remnant of the old regime and the corruption where if money changed hands no one said anything.

mprier

I agree for the isolation, [Moderated: please manage your language]. And also, usually the buildings are naked as a skeleton : so no windows, no doors only the brick. SO the people buy it less expensive like this so they can finish it by themselves and I think their budget do the rest and maybe the quality of the work.

Concerning the building, there's a lack of law regulating the style of the buildings.

Maybe the crowd you are mingling with is like this ..... Your problem, dude, not the Egyptian people's or the country's !

I myself have a 153 IQ and am a member of the International High IQ Society and my IQ puts me in top 2% of the population (International Population, that is) .... and in my line of work I am not considered a "genius" or a freak because I personally know so many people who are more intelligent than me ...... more than those who are like me or less than me .....

Dmx, yeah i agree with u, we became not intelligent coz of the education which is very bad here in Egypt.

We are taking billions of dollars from us, this is right, but don't blame us, blame the government that stole this country and left us as beggers dying everyday coz of lack of money, and coz of importing cancer disease from outside to kill the ppl here

And this is the result, I dare if this happened in any other country, they won't bear that,

And with all this oppression and the ignorance here, we still ha ve very smart ppl like "Ahmed Zewel"..etc
In addition to this, I want you to  Look back to our revolution when all the world were saying to their citizens:Walk like egyptians, and see what Obama and other presidents said about us:):) we made it in a smart way and it was very elegant:):)

Our roots that we are smart and intelligent, but what happened here in the country with the poverty here and with this bad education are irresistable, and this is the result now

Hope for u to have a good day and I just wanted to clarify my point of view towards ur comment

And just wanna tell u the fact that we are "super intelligent"coz we could adapt with all this conditions that are unbearable
cheers

Sorry guys for being off topic, let us stick to the main topic, as  i think many ppl answered the question of who built the pyramids
I love the answers too and I agree with u all

There are so many crazy theories on the pyramids, including that they were designed to channel energy to manufacture gold.  I don't know where people come up with this stuff.  The facts unearthed in excavations prove that they were built by Egyptians using techniques that we still use today.  One of my professors many years ago siad that one of the most important lessons of the pyramids is their proof of what can be done when people work together with a common goal.  Modern buildings are the same to some degree.  The challenge for the workers is to build using the materials they are given.  The materials are often not what they should be so that someone can put more money in his pocket and that's not an Egyptian problem - you see it everywhere.

Well of course the Egyptians built the pyramids- what does this question mean...that it could have been the Chinese? LOL

No seriously...From what I have been reading the past couple of years is that there is new evidence that supports the ancient Egyptians used techniques that the majority of humanity does not use or have access to in this modern day. From what I have read, this includes sound vibration and the ability to manipulate matter (think Philadelphia experiment).

It is said that the Pharaoh's of the time had come from Atlantis before it destructed and used their unique knowledge to build the pyramids in Giza as well as the ones located around Earth...which is why similar hieroglyphics are found in them and they are all located on specific ley lines, grid lines, vortex's, portals etc. It is all quite fascinating for me. For sure there is proof that the main pyramid in Giza is the main portal to all 12 dimensions within our Milk Way (and maybe universe.)

Campingguy mentioned the alien/gold theory..if you want to learn more about that..I would research the ancient gold mines and human cloning pods that have recently been discovered in the south of Africa. I haven't heard any direct correlation myself to the main pyramid in Giza though, that it is linked to the pyramids(only because I am not an expert on this topic)...but who knows! There is so much new information being discovered and revealed that history is changing every day..(Just think what is located in the Vatican)!!!

Off topic here...but if I were Egyptian I would start some sort of movement to retrieve the stolen artifacts and sacred documents and bring them back to Egypt!! So many items have been stolen from you! I actually saw the beard of the Spinx in London BEFORE I saw the actual Sphinx in Giza!! BRING BACK HIS BEARD!!

I was also learning the other day of a theory that the Great Sphinx is actually MUCH older than we have thought!! That at the time the pyramids were built it was restored! And that underneath lies the Hall of Records for all of Earth's history. So intriguing. Have any of you heard these theories?

meems74

I do have to say that the only thing I have seen Egyptians do properly is build. You can see the skills in the workers that are building new developments. It's a skill that I've never seen before in my life. I am sorry to say this but Egyptians nowadays really have nothing to offer modern technology...or as far as I've seen or heard. So basically, yes I will give them the credit of building the Pyramids but that was the ANCIENT EGYPTIANS not today's/modern day Egyptians. No disrepect but a fact is a fact.

Who

There is this documentary .. The Pyramid Code

There is a counter argument here.

NOW, you have more information. Which is a good thing, right! :)

Lemme know after you have made up your mind on who built the pyramids.

MrsIsmail

The original post made me LOL :D

lets all just appreciate the fact that Ancient Egyptians did build the pyramids and that are they not trying to build them today...

as they either have lots of holes in them or be made by the Chinese for Egypt and they would fall down after 3 weeks :D heheee

let alone bad plumbing ..... lol

I belive the ancient egyptians did build the pyramids but I think it was more reasons then just a burial place for pharaohs.(possibly alien involvement) and yeah under the sphinx there is said to be a secret room i heard also. I went to the temple of Hathor.. Dendera.. and there is a big heavy round stone there inside and below and it hasnt been opened yet :-) supposedly egypt cant afford to open it and they wont let anyone else open it. there must be many treasures inside :-)

maybe I am mistaken but many of the egyptian nationals arent even egyptian but arabic in modern times, not "true" egyptian blood .but one thing I wish is that actual egyptians would be interested in their heritage and culture and care enough to save the relics. they seem to just want to make money off it not care about how special it really is. the pyramid location is nothing more than a park, really. and the horses there should be better taken care of!  I always thought that relics were borrowed for museums for a fee. So that people all over the world could see who cant come to egypt.

Quoting some of the people mentioning the word 'ignorance'. It seems both Egyptians and expatriates are 'ignorant' of Egyptian history. The people of Pharaoh, 'the ancient egyptians' are not the predecessors of modern egyptians as such. Egypt was conquered by Greeks, Romans, Arabs and Turks. All these melting pot makes the current 'Egyptians'.

Secondly, despite recognising the great architectonical and ingeneering achievements of ancient Egypt, I cannot comprehend how Muslim Egyptians take pride in being associated with the enemy of Allah, Pharaoh, who is mentioned so many times in the Quran as an example of Taghoot and musrif.
They were people worshipping jinn, deities, animals the sun and the moon.
They were the people trying to kill Prophet Muses (as) and bank Isra'il (Children of Israel).

Could you please explain why Egyptians take so much pride in claiming to be the descendants of idol worshippers skilled in the art of black magic?

I am appealing to all Egyptian muslims to rediscover their history at the light of the Quran, and stop displaying images of Pharaoh and selling statues of deities.

Shame on you, haram 'alaykum.

layla1313

I dont think the ancient egyptians are the enemy of allah/islam.. i think its pre-islamic. everyone worshipped idols before the major religions came along, so it is part of the heritage. it would be like humans not taking pride in early human/cavemen kuz they dragged women around by their hair. lol

Also, if allah created everything then allah also created the ancients of all cultures. they should take pride in the art of the ancients and the intelligence as islam is artistic and also the qur'an says to be as intelligent as possible and learn.

i agree.. thats what i was saying, that most egyptian nationals are arabian origin but yes also greek, roman, turk etc. but even the true egyptians who have true blood dont know about their culture. culture doesnt always have to be about religion.

also if the "egyptians" stopped selling egyptian trinkets because of islam they should also stop selling alcohol, pork and prohibiting bikinis and public displays of flesh as well. which actually might happen with the new prez. who knows.

oh and also.. the qur'an does  talk about the jinn and muslims do belive in them. they also worship allah.. the jinn are like people that there is good and bad. just sayin' :-)
