Looking for other americans living in Antalya and year around rental. 2 bedroom 2 bath view or close to water. Trying to figure out a rental budget.

HI--MY HUSBAND AND I ARE FROM SEATTLE AND HAVE BEEN LIVING IN ANTALYA 15 MONTHS. WE HAVE A LARGE COMFORTABLE--BUT UNFURNISHED--FLAT (3 BEDROOMS, 1 1/2 BATHS) FOR JUST UNDER 650 TL/MONTH. WE HAVE A VERY LIMITED VIEW BUT ARE ONE BLOCK FROM THE MEDITERRANEAN. OUR FLAT IS A BIT FUNKY--A FEW GOUGES IN THE WALLS AND OTHER IMPERFECTIONS--AND THE KITCHEN IS PRIMITIVE. ABSOLUTELY NO APPLIANCES COME WITH MOST TURKISH FLAT, SO PLAN TO BUY YOUR OWN STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, CLOTHES WASHER, WATER HEATER, ETC. TO GET A VIEW AND A MORE FINISHED PLACE, YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST 850 A MONTH. YOU CAN BUY USED FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES, BUT A FURNISHED FLAT IS PROBABLY MORE ECONOMICAL.
