But I admire your bold approach, Mathieu. I'm sure it will be appreciated here -- provided you can back it up.

What I mean is: when/if you've received a few vague replies indicating willingness to meet up (as long as it's not Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays; or Tuesdays, Thursdays or weekends; or this area or that area) yet you stick with it and, undaunted, bring your plan to fruition... that would mean backing it up, with gritted determination!

Having said that, I like your idea and give it personal support -- as long as it's not on a Monday or a Wednesday:/.

I admit it is a "bold" approach as it was mentioned but it is a good way to get the idea starting...after all we might not be able to do it for several according to people´s availability... nevertheless what would be the best thing in your opinion?

I was thinking a Friday or Saturday beginning of evening (around 8PM) in a "to be determinate" nice bar/lounge of the 6th or 7th district...that way everyone can just drop by before actually doing what they had planned for the evening and if affinities they are, well people will follow!

What did you guys have in mind?

Friday night seems to be the night when most folk go out.
Pick a date/venue & go for it,you'll find out it it's going to work or not,on the night.
"Idea" I think it would need a title of some sort.

thanks for the advise, I will then create a new post on the forum with an adapted title as well as date and hang out place...This weekend wil be too short to notice many folks but I ll probably post that for next Friday! Hope you all will be able to join.
