Wanted, Resort in Seminyak to Lease or Purchase

Well established Resort developer is searching to find a property in the Seminyak area for lease (minimum 10 years) or sale.
This resort should have approximately 20 to 40 units, and preferably some of these units should be able to Sleep 4 to 6 people.
The resort should have facilities such as restaurants, a pool & Meeting room/s.
We would prefer a property that is operational, however those needing minor renovations would also be considered.
