Family package in Shanghai

Dear friends,

I am now discussing with my company for an expats package in China-Shanghai and they is no case study in the company history.
It will be together with my young family of 2 kids, 3 and 1 year old and my wife.

I Need your valuable advise on what are the items to take note in the family package.
Below is what I know so far
1) overseas allowance + basic salary
2) wife compensation, how much is the market standard, if my wife working now?
3) kids education, childcare cost?
4) medical benefits for family
5) tax equalization
6) personal insurance
7) housing
8) return ticket to SIN for whole family
9) transport?

Looking forward for your advise.
