Changing employment on a 857 visa

I need advice I want to find new employment and i am currently on a RSMS 857 visa and was wondering how I would go about changing my job or is it possible. Help please.

Contact the immigration department and talk to them but not much you can do. The employer can cancel your visa and there you go.
