Relocating to Romania From the USA

Hi...My Girlfriend and I are planning to move to Romania (realistically the time frame is May 2010). She used to live in Romania years ago. We already or have narrowed down our choices of cities/villages to reside. My question is that we are trying to locate more information on the internet for the area; is there any other sites available that we might have missed. They all seem to be more for tourists.

I am sure I will have many more questions to ask; any help would be most welcomed.

I would like to start medical school in Bucharest in the fall of 2010. are any american students in Bucharest? I would like to find out about their financial arrangement,financial aid and so on. I red your blog Mary and I will follow it. How much is the medical insurance there for you?

What cities do you have in mind? You could check to see if the periodical zile si noapte has information on line for your target cities. It has information about events etc.
