Home made protein shakes

Greetings all,

after passing by the usual scene of the co-ops, gulf mart and even sultan center, my quest to find soy powdered milk has been in vain. apparently this product is not stocked atm.

so the question which presents itself is, if one wants to stay away from the chemically designed protein shakes that you can quickly purchase at any supplements shop, how would one go about concocting a natural, healthy protein shake, for morning drinks, workouts etc?

I googled the term but found that most of the ones abroad have protein powder readily available at mega-markets, so has anyone in Kuwait had any experience making their own protein shake, and would be able to recommend specific products (and where to find them as well) in terms of ingredients?

many thanks! lets make 2012 a healthier year than 2011! (who knows, it may be our last)
