Hi me & family moving to KL in January looking for some info on finding some british suport groups in the area, looking at Gita Bayu to live and my son going to Alice Smith school any feedback would be greatly received, Thanks

Hi there are various expat groups including one for expat women - google them as most listed on competing websites so I won't post a link (!)

Sign up for the expat magazine and try the expat mingle and other social events. Some events are single (or married expat male but available i note in some cases lol) meat market things but obvious to spot those. Dinner events and other more civilized events are more couples.

obviously via school you will meet other families etc as well.

Have fun KL is very western friendly and easy to settle into
