Any luck in finding you friend? Mr Heng San is a common name, it's going to be hard finding him by just that. You said str 128, i'm guessing that's kampuchea krom right? Do you have a approx house #, cuz that's a long street, there could be 10 guys selling car stuff by that name and 5 of them previously selling tobacco.

Would also help if you knew his chinese name, because i'm sure he would be more well known in the chinese community by his chinese name. (just incase it's different)
