Permanent Resident or Long visit visa for mother

HI Friends,

I am moving to Dammam from Pakistan to work in an American Company.

i want to ask is, i am coming on Engineer visa. I am married and visa for wife will be arranged by the company, Is is possible for me to get my mother with me as she is my dependent?i mean i know 1st i have to come alone but i want to call her after due time on resident visa or long visit visa is it possible?

Yes, that will be a mother's resident visa (called iqama). You'll need the support of your company HR department and YOU will be the sponsor of each member of your family (in-stead of your company).
