Ive just arrived in Flic en Flac and tempted to sleep in the fridge. That's the price I pay for being a pale-skinned Celt.

Apart from high SPF creams and limited exposure to the sun, are there any dietary supplements that can be taken? I appreciate it can take a long time to get used to this climate (-14 back home in the Alps) so every little helps.

Super place by the way. Medical tomorrow. Any longer and they can pour me in to a bottle.

I feel the same - been here for 6 months now - apparently we will get used to it - just remember to drink plenty of water, don't rush about, take your time, stroll everywhere :)
Good luck
