Looking for any info for sponsoring 457 visa for IT Professional?

Hi

I am an experienced IT Professional with more than 5 years of experience in Software testing and working in Various Domains i.e. Telecom,Finance, Insurance. I am looking for a employer which can sponsor my Visa, Can anybody provide me any info where I can find the employers which can sponsor the 457 visa for IT Professional.Any help will be much appreciated.Thanks in advance.
