Hi,
I wants to know about end of service benefit policy in Kuwait that how it has been caclulated and paid. I am getting an offer for kuwait from one consulting agency(from outside of Kuwait). As i have been told by consulting agency that it will be 120 KD per month which will be deducted from net per month salary and this amount will be paid at the end of the contract.
And if i have taken any leave during contract after 22 working days then end of benefit amount will get reduce by one day pay.

I am getting confused that why it will be deducted from net per month. In my understandin it would paid be over and above of my net per month salary agreed with the consultant as per kuwaiti legislation.

get your confusion cleared by the consultant involved, the end of service benefit and the pay calculation may vary from firm to firm. no fixed rule applies to all, but in your case i presume that the contract is bit on the tougher side, so clear the same with the firm/ consultant.
