Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Poland?

Is it complicated to register a company in Poland? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Poland?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hello,
As in every country, investors and their money are gladly welcomed:)
Corporate tax, which is called "CIT" in Poland is fixed and at 19% at the moment (you can get 50% if you are caught on fraud).
I could explain some more, but I need to know what type of comapny are you planning to open.
Recruitment is pretty easy, but getting good staff is a bit hard. It depands wheter you are looking for a labour workers or specialist. It's much easier in eastern parts of Poland, where unemployment is much higher.
For anyone trying to do business in Poland I would suggest finding experienced helping hand.
