Doing business in Angola

Post new topic

Julien

Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Angola?

Is it complicated to register a company in Angola? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Angola?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hi,
Yes foreign investment is welcome to Angola.  Visas are difficult. Angola is a good market, hiring local people is easy, doing business is also not difficult.  Making a company costs about us doll. 2000 and takes 15 days.  custom duty is about 35%, sales tax 1 percent monthly we have to pay.  Annual taxes around 35%. Market is good lucrative and fast.

Hello Mr Siddiq,

You have provided some valuable information. Thanks. I am looking for avenues to get a foothold in the fastener market; what suggestions could you give?

Ajay
