good accomodation will cost you arround 10000-13000 monthly
for car you could manage it let say by 1500 monthly (through bank)
education / in addition to the 80% i think you will also need yearly 6000-8000 per kid to cover the balance of this part
the normal life cost for family (it is depend on you) but i could say 5000 to 8000 AED monthly
