Medical requirements for a Z visa

Hi I just wondered if anyone knows which medical certification is required to get a Z visa in Beijing, China. Is a general check-up in the UK sufficient or are more specific detailed tests required? Do I need to visit any specific medical centre?

Any feedback from recent personal experience in 2012 will be much appreciated as intending to move out very soon.

You need to go to the medical centre that is authorized/ recognized to do the medical checkup for china visa. Check with the china embassy for the list of authorized medical centers/ hospitals in your country. Usually you need only tell them that you need to do & get a medical report for china visa.. the medical centre/ hospital should know what to do.. There's a specific form to be filled up.
