Does anyone know how long it takes to process a 12-IX VISA?

It depends where you go so I'm told. They say it's quicker in Cuenca (2-3 days to receive) than in Quito (4-5 days or more). I'm not sure about Guayaquil. After that, you need to register it and get your censo which would take another day I'd imagine.
