Residential areas near Sheikh Zayed road

Post new topic

ohlala

hi all,
I might be moving to dubai in a couple of months, working on Sheikh zayed road near the emirates hotel area.

I prefer to avoid buying/leasing a car so would appreciate recommendations on residential areas or developments nearby.  We are a young married couple, looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or more, with gym, pool, modern, clean but not in an ostentatious area/ development.  I am sure our budget will take care of that it seems.  Well, budgetwise – we have no idea but plucking out a figure I would say around the 70K mark max per annum.  If this is unrealistic please advice what is the going rate and which areas are best.
Thanks in advance

Koolman

You may consider living in DG (discovery Garden), 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 & 1/2 toilet with two balconies will be 72K and you will be offered a free underground designated parking, what else.
Close to IBN mall and all other amenities,
You are out of congested traffic and close to SZ Road,
Cheers
