Vocational Education in Germany

Hello friends everywhere,

I thought adding more information could make it clearer what I'm after and looking for.
In Germany there are several types of education institutes.
Trade schools are for those who have finished their high school and would like to learn a profession, skill or trade without going too much into theoretical academic research.
For Example, a person may apply for a vocational school (berufsschule) to be automotive maintenance technician (a mechanic) after maybe two years of workshop training and hands-on experience.
To make it even more clearer, here is an example but from Canada.
The Georgian College offers two years Diplomas in many fields.
This is the one that I'm interested in (CNC Machining):

The college also offers courses in welding, carpentry and plumbing.

I think I made my goal clear now, I'm looking for a college in Germany (like the Georgian College in Canada) that offers courses like the above mentioned.

What I like about this kind of education is that it's a direct path to certain industries. The cool part comes when you have a related part-time employment while studying, you are not wasting time but in fact you are almost doing assignments that help with with your study.
