Hi,
if you want to study online, you can find a tutor on verbalplanet.com. If you want a private tutor teaching at your house (in case you are in HCMC now), I believe that there are many tutors here, on this website, are available to you. If you want to take a class at university, with other foreigners, you can visit University of Social Sciences and Humanities, or Saigon language school. Or else, there are many free courses provided by a group of volunteer students in Ho Chi Minh City. You may find them on the Internet.
