Social life in Khobar

Post new topic

Sorry, is the social life that bad??? :( I'm considering moving to Khobar to work in a school. But, I'm from the USA and I'm used to going out and doing things (i.e, water sports, movies (I know those don't exist) music once in a while)...I've read people go to Bahrain for that.

I'm asking a lot of questions. but, is it simple to leave in and out of Saudi to Bahrain, UAE or Qatar??

Water sports and movies do exist you just have to go to the right places - and yes as you know there is always the neighbours and their little island. Its fairly simple to get out there

Hi, social life is different because you will see people from all around the world and with all kind of interests, but don't let this make you down.

Regarding travels, I go often to these countries just to chill out and have never faced any kind of inconvenience, carrying passport and multi-entry visa would be enough documentation.

Women cannot drive in Saudi you will have to get transportation to go to Bahrain but that's it. Cheers.
