I have been offered a package of 720BD+220BD housing+transport+medical. Is it a good package for an engineer of 5yrs exp? how about renting a 1BHK house in hidd, how much it will cost, is it a safe area? Thanks in advance.

The package you mentioned is good to start with if you will be on your own.
Hidd is a safe area and rental could vary between 200-350BD/Month for a single bedroom apartment.
