Every thing of food item is available in Pakistan. There are super hypermarkets (called metro) in islamabad, lahore & karachi (the size of carefour, panda, citymax)  where u can find every imported item, including fruits, grocssery items, food packing material, imported juices, chocolates, butter, noddles, spices, backing items.

In big cities like karachi, lahore and islamabad you can find everything.

.... "Proper tea bags, toiletries etc".... Hey don't give a lot of attention to media, we are not in stone age. Let me know if you need info about anything particular and I can help you with it in islamabad and lahore.

I know you can get some of the same food as here in uk, just cost more.
Im thinking more items for women might be hard to get or more expencive
