I'm selling my car to a friend. We live in northern Jeddah (north of airport). Where do we have to go to change the car ownership? Is there is this office in northern Jeddah?

I guess you can do that in any Moroor / Traffic Police office or near to Periodic Vehicle Inspection Center, which is located on intersection of Prince Mitab St. with Hira St.

how can i get the NOC/no dues from saudi traffic department.

Dear friend i had accident yesterday. I tried to call najam but they did not respond.Then traffic police came they made a report but only gave one copy The guy who hit me was very rude who hit my car and took that copy but some how I manage to take snap of that report.
What should I do now? I have only snap shot of that copy?

Please advise on procedure to be followed next.Both parties have insurance
