be realistic on prices - especially if its electrical, check the price it is now, the price you paid is irrelevant

think about holding an open day if you have a lot of stuff to sell

Theres one thing written in concrete - if your buying the price will be cheap if its you selling the price will be too expensive LOL thats the way of Malta. LOL
