I am in need of a Korean speaker to do some interpreting from Korean to English/Vietnamese. Very Urgent.

To get a rough and ready translation, why not use http://translate.google.com?

It might not be the best translation but at east you can get the jist of the message without spending big bucks,Dong or Shekels.
