I think you would be more honest if you had said it was for the HSBC mob, as I suspected when I hit the financial questions..

If there are not 'escape' options, i.e. Don't know, I abandon surveys as responders are entitled not to answer.

The HSBC has an OK on-line system but almost everything everything else is substandard. You call England customer support and you end up talking to a dumb screen reader in Mumbai who has as much knowledge as a money they used on early rocket flights. And if there is a more bureaucratic way of doing it, HSBC is the one to use it.
