Its much easier for you to land a decent job in Riyadh if you are a local female rather than an expat. There are many organizations involved in service provision, call centers, advertising, design, healthcare, education, finance, etc who need women. Good Luck!

Hi, Sophia.  I know that the banking, medical and educational sectors are open to hiring women.  Now, if I were you--I'd tone down the "big picture, forward thinking" stuff because, seriously, I think the hiring people here are intimidated by strong, secure women.  What you should emphasize (that maybe you haven't) is your English skills!  Bi-lingual staff are highly valued.
