Senior IT professional (Java/J2EE) looking for openings in Bahrain

Hi,
I am an IT professional currently based in Bangalore,India with 11 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Java and J2EE technologies, team leading experience, excellent communication skills, onsite experience up to 3 yrs in Singapore and US. I am looking for openings in Bahrain in a Senior Technical role.

Pls let me know the following:-
1. The best site for Bahrain IT jobs where I can post my resume or apply for jobs.

2. What would be the best salary (per month) that a Java professional with 11 years of experience can expect at Bahrain?
