Hi all,

I'm an Amerian and came to Montréal six months ago to work for a company that sponsored me for a regular work visa. I'm not with that company any longer and want to apply for a TN-1 visa which is under the NAFTA agreement. It's not clear what paperwork or what process is needed in order to apply for that...is there anyone out there who has done it who can give me some direction? Thanks much in advance!
